Ahh the season of spiced lattes, pumpkin pies, and whipping out the winter wardrobe. My favorite season of all! My husband and I have been trying to add in some veggies to our menu since we are getting sick and tired of having a steak on our plate every night. Also, with just having a baby and all, I am trying to kick my health into full gear. This was a fall inspired recipe and this is also the first time ive actually worked with butternut squash. Most important thing I learned about squash is wow it is filling!
